We're Randy Martinez and Gee C. — a two-person team of Apple specialists who believe technology should feel empowering, not frustrating. Patient, plain-spoken help, one-on-one, at your pace.
How we got here
Mac Technologists was built on a real frustration: the people who needed the most time always got the least of it. Between us we've spent years inside the Apple ecosystem — as technicians, as trainers, and as the person a friend calls when something breaks.
We started helping friends and family get more out of their Macs. Word spread. Before long we were supporting individuals, families, and small businesses across Seminole County, Winter Park, and west Volusia — Oviedo, Winter Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, DeBary, Deltona, and beyond. Every session is one-on-one, at your pace, focused entirely on your needs.
Today we offer Mac support, iPhone and iPad help, home technology support, and email and productivity help — all delivered with the same patience and care we've always had.

Eight years at the Apple Store — loved the work, hated the clock. Before that: an IT certificate from Crooms Academy, culinary school for pastry, and years in banking operations. All three taught the same thing — get the details right for someone who's trusting you. Based in Oviedo.
